We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Category Manager to join our team at Automoby. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting suppliers, managing procurement, and ensuring that we achieve our targets. If you have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the market and competition, and are capable of handling critical situations, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business line strategy that aligns with Automoby overall goals and objectives.
- Select suppliers according to standardized criteria.
- Responsible for purchasing the required items within a short period of time in the event of supply bottlenecks.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Compare suppliers regarding their prices and quality and keep up to date.
- Work towards revenue targets by devising innovative approaches to sales, expanding the customer base, and increasing the average order value.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of business line strategies and initiatives.
