We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer (Engineer who loves building clean async-driven AI systems and thrives at the intersection of backend architecture and Gen AI. You’ll help design and scale our next-generation AI automation platform — powering OpenAI agent sessions, async workflows, and resilient APIs. Our AI platform is Conversational and Multimodal.

What You’ll Build

• Architect resilient application that orchestrates async Celery jobs and streaming OpenAI agent sessions.
• Automate observability, tracing, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver deterministic, high-quality releases.
• Enhance developer velocity and system reliability through clean schema design and consistent async patterns.
• You will create, customize and modify AI tools (both our own tools and the built-in ones)

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of professional Python backend experience.

• Knowledge in one of the SQL databases (MS-SQL, Postgres), ORMs (such as Peewee / SQLAlchemy), and transactional integrity.
• Strong understanding of:
● Python OOP
● Type hints & Pydantic models and Async IO
● Context managers & decorators
• Experience with Celery, Redis, and event-driven pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, clean coding habits, and attention to detail.

Modern Development Workflow

• Experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex).
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Skilled at prompt engineering to accelerate development while maintaining quality.

Bonus Points (Highly Valued)

• Production experience with OpenAI, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Background in AI agents, chatbot systems, or retrieval pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
