Our company is looking for a talented and motivated Russian language customer support agent to join our team. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Russian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- At least 2 years of Previous experience in customer support or related field
