• Create visually appealing and engaging visual assets and illustrations based on brand guidelines. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product owners to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions. 
• Champion consistency by adhering to established design principles, standards, and implementation, maintaining a cohesive visual language across each product. 
• Consistent communication with design chapter lead for better alignment on tasks, estimations, hand-off and design approval process.
•  Work collaboratively with product designers and UX writers to ensure alignment between visual assets and product copies/microcopies, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
•  Foster clarity and team alignment through transparent communication, actively participating in team discussions, and ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
• Embrace a growth mindset by being open to constructive criticism, encouraging collaborative feedback, and continuously striving for improvement in design solutions. 
• Promote efficiency by leveraging modular and flexible design approaches, thinking systematically to reduce workloads, and avoiding duplicate efforts.
• Effectively communicate design concepts, decisions, and rationales to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to align on priorities, manage expectations, and drive consensus. 

•  Proven experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise.
•  Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with product designers and UX writers to align product copies, microcopies, and motion elements with visual assets, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience.
• Maintaining consistency across various platforms and products. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. 
• Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying updated on industry advancements. 
• Minimum professional working proficiency in English required 

• Knowledge of product design practices.
• Solid understanding in working with design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and animation to create engaging and intuitive visual assets.
• Experience working with Lottie files and other relevant tools to implement motion on various digital platforms.
• Experience working in an agile development environment utili4ing Scrum framework and methodologies.
