شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are not hiring just a full-stack software engineer

We are looking for a high-agency AI-native builder.

Someone who can take an idea from zero → working product → real users in days not months.

You will combine:

AI + Engineering + Product + SEO + Growth + Automation

Your job is not just to write code. Your job is to create leverage.

Who You Are


1- AI-Native Builder

You don't use AI to slightly improve your workflow. You redesign workflows around AI as a force multiplier.

You are experienced in using:

LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG systems, Embeddings, Vector databases, Automation workflows, AI coding assistants


2- Full-Stack Product Engineer

You can own the entire loop: Idea → Prototype → Product → Distribution → Feedback

You are comfortable with:

  • React / Next.js / TypeScript
  • Node.js / Python
  • APIs and integrations
  • Databases
  • Authentication
  • Cloud deployment
  • Modern SaaS architectures
You don't care about the "perfect" stack. You care about shipping the right solution.


3- Revenue Systems Builder

You don't just build features. You build systems that help businesses grow.

You understand: Traffic → Leads → CRM → Automation → Sales → Customer Experience → Retention

You can create:

  • Custom CRMs
  • Lead management systems
  • B2B client portals
  • B2C customer dashboards
  • Marketing automation workflows
  • AI sales/customer systems
