شرح موقعیت شغلی

General Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Coordinator to assist us with the planning, coordination and tracking of multiple projects. This role will provide project support in the administration, coordination and reporting of assigned tasks and projects. The Senior Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with managers and supervisors to provide support for a range of project planning/management activities.


 


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing tasks and deadlines and communicating project status in designated platforms.
  • Provide support and assistance to program managers in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals.
  • Generate and publish periodic reports and incorporate process improvements in developing new reports.
  • Be an active participant in Project/Operations Management staff meetings.
  • Coordinate Production & Post-Production tasks.
  • Update and manage Netbina project management tool tables and boards (Monday) on progress of tasks.
  • Manage assignment and distribution of tasks and allocation of resources.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, updates, etc.
  • Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues when required.
 


Education & Experience:


  • At least an Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Life Sciences or other related area.
  • At least two (2) years of hands on experience in project analysis, coordination, management, or operations role, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project software is a must.
  • Proficiency with other Project Management tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Scrum and holders of Scrum Certificates are given priority.
  • Planning, organization and execution skills.
  • Ability to proactively manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide and apply creative solutions to maintain workflow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with staff of different backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Strong interest in learning and developing professional skills.
  • Logical problem-solving skills; looks beyond immediate problems to consider root causes and addresses them.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess a high degree of personal responsibility.
