Job Description
We are looking to recruit and train an activation planner preferably with a knowledge of Iran's digital landscape. He or she will be in charge of planning, implementing and maintaining advertising campaigns, predominantly in the digital field.

Major Responsibilities:

Coordinate production & post production tasks
Update Netbina project management tool tables and boards (Monday) about progress of tasks
Manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, updates, etc.
Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues when required.

Qualifications:

If you have at least 3 years of experience with coordinating projects
Have ability to report, plan and auditing by utilizing project management tools
Detail and deadline-oriented, a self-starter who craves responsibility.
Are able to raise and track issues and conflicts to remove barriers and resolve issues
Are capable to establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with internal team lines
strong communication and team building skills.
