We are currently seeking an Account Manager responsible for managing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in building and maintaining customer relationships and outstanding planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise account managers and executives. The goal is to ensure the company retains its clientele and facilitates further growth.
Responsibilities:
-Act as the main point of contact for customers -Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business -Ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients -Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust -Creating plans and generating reports for daily/ongoing projects
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar position -Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements -Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress -Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships -Outstanding organizational and leadership skills -BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
