At Net Bina, we are looking for young, dynamic and motivated collaborators.
If you are familiar with the world of advertising and you want to add to your project management skills while working and progress towards becoming a project coordinator in the world of advertising, we will be happy to join our team and work together to achieve our common goals.

Non-technical skills required:

Has a team spirit, committed and responsible
Energetic, result-oriented and with a high pursuit spirit
Interest in participating in ideas and decisions
High emotional intelligence
Has high communication skills, both in writing and orally
Interested in collecting and arranging documents

Technical skills required:

Cooperation and support of the project manager or executive team in tasks such as performing tasks, gathering documents, appointments, etc.
Tracking and analyzing project commitments and situations
Schedule an appointment to coordinate project work and update information
Be in Upper-Intermediate English level at least
Ability to work with Office and Google applications

Job description:

Preparing and updating project timeline
Cost estimation and price update
Feasibility of producing and implementing change with creative coordination
Supervising the implementation of field tasks
Administrative correspondence and formal contracts with the legal and financial team
Monitoring and follow up the progress of tasks based on deadlines
Break down and update tasks on Monday
Holding daily meetings and keeping the status up to date
Following up on questions and issues through the account and attending customer meetings
Update and finalization proposals with creative for presentation for customer
Order registration and follow-up tasks according to the deadline
Location visit
Managing the financial department and monitoring payments
Monitoring and follow up the progress of field tasks based on the deadline and Reporting to client
