We're Hiring: Project Coordinator

Hey there! We’re looking for an energetic Project Coordinator to join our team. If you’re a natural at juggling multiple tasks, leading teams, and ensuring projects are running like clockwork, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating efforts, and guiding projects to success with a smile and a can-do attitude.

Your New Role:

Master of Coordination: You’ll be the go-to person for both clients and internal teams, making sure everyone is on the same page and moving in sync.

Team Captain: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on projects, ensuring every deadline is met, and every challenge is tackled smoothly.

Project Powerhouse: Manage projects from kick-off to completion, keeping everything on track, on time, and within budget.

Client Champion: Act as the primary contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You’ll keep them informed and involved every step of the way.

Problem Solver Extraordinaire: When issues pop up, you'll step in, troubleshoot, and keep things moving forward without missing a beat.

What It Takes:

Experienced Coordinator: You’ve got a proven track record in project management, particularly with BTL and digital projects.

Leadership & Organization: Your leadership skills are top-notch, and you know how to organize teams and resources like a pro.

Budgeting & Planning Savvy: Comfortable with managing budgets and planning project timelines, you’ve got an eye for detail.

Great Communicator: Excellent at communicating with both teams and clients, you foster collaboration and keep everyone in the loop.

Tech-Smart: You’re comfortable with using project management software that helps keep things running smoothly.
