شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Guiding the teams responsible for improving the product
• Identify customer needs and define strategy and features for product line based on them
• Develop and maintain product roadmap aligning with organization goals 
• Monitor competitor projects and market trends and generate reports
• Work closely with different teams to define OKR goals and manage priorities
• Oversee and follow up on sprints to ensure meeting OKR goals

• At least 1 year of experience in Product Management
• Previous experience in blockchain and smart contract platforms
• Technical/Development background
• Good communication and reporting skills 
• Familiarity with agile product development
