Responsibilities:

Own the design, development, and management of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business needs. As well as ad-hoc lead analysis, troubleshooting
Perform end-to-end deep dive analyses to discover actionable insights for our business stakeholders
Develop scalable and self-serve data solutions to support team projects, automate processes, and accelerate analytics
Periodically identify opportunities to optimize the queries/tools in existing projects.
Continuously learn new systems, tools, and industry best practices to help design new studies and build new tools
Partner with leaders/stakeholders across the organization to ensure we are effectively using data and visualization tools to drive informed decision making Require the creation of presentation layer objects like interactive reports, scorecards, and dashboards and may be responsible for leading development efforts
Serve as a mentor for less experienced employees in the department to help them develop efficient ways of creating reporting and analytics solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Technology Systems (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering) or another related discipline.
2+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or business intelligence
Advanced analytical skill
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting language and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
Strong skills in data visualization (SSRS, Tableau, or similar tools)
Experience with Machine Learning concepts and tools
Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
presentation skill
Ability to use techniques such as regression, data manipulation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing, and econometric models.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Excellent communication skills, working with various peer groups and
different levels of management
Great attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
detail-oriented, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
