شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the logistics team to achieve operational targets
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per schedules
Manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and stock accuracy
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments
Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
Resolve operational issues, delays, or customer complaints promptly
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and inventory management
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
