شرح موقعیت شغلی

Qualification:

· Minimum 6 years experiences in BSS planning and system engineering

· Vendor: Huawei

· Extensive Huawei product knowledge (BSS Hardware/Software products and versions)

· CM and integration experiences is a plus

· Knowledge in the field of IP/Network/transmission

· BSc/MSc in Electrical engineering

· Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

Tasks:

· Extensive knowledge in Mobile networks technologies (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, LTEA, VoLTE,5G).

· Extensive knowledge in the Radio Access Network architecture, dimensioning, and the radio interface and protocols , OSS, performance measurement and KPIs, configuration management, site integration, load balancing ,reshuffling resources, feature and licenses, vendor road map and BSS products.

· Analysis of RNC/BSC board utilization including Interface and Processing ones in order to capacity dimensioning or specifying high/low utilized resources

· Monitoring loads and suggesting solutions to balance traffic on boards/ports of BSC/RNC

· Providing plan of Add/Remove boards to expansion, enhance resource utilization or traffic balance

· License utilization analysis and report

· Updating LLDs of BSC/RNC nodes

· Providing Cutover plans for both core and RAN side

· Updating LLDs of BSC/RNC and eNodeB and IP plan.

· Updating LAC/BSC/RNC boarders

· Providing/executing rehoming and cutover plans of sites.

· Providing/executing LAC/CI change plans

· To test, report and activating radio features. Audit and analyzing initial parameter and feature activations in BSC/RNCs and reshuffling unused licenses

· Network hardware and software capacity analysis in order for lunching new features or scenarios in the current network of the costumer

· Network hardware audit for releasing extra hardware of the network

· Providing re-farming/AFP Plans
