شرح موقعیت شغلی

:Mission
To effectively oversee all retail sales channels by managing all administration, monitoring and ensuring proper implementation of controls within the assigned region
To drive and ensure a consistent customer value proposition in terms of service delivery through MTN Irancell Service Centres within a particular region


:Task Complexity
Manage the functionality of all the MTNI Store, Connect and Distributors stores within the region based on the Retail Sales and Distribution strategy within the region
Manage the profitability and viability of the MTNI Store, Connect and Distributors stores to optimize the sales and distribution performance with regularly comparing sales and distribution results
Conduct comprehensive research on competitor sales and distribution strategy to enhance sales and distribution performance of assigned region
Provide reporting of stock levels in retail sales channel and market at each area for the appropriate distribution of stock to ensure continual availability
To develop and optimize the retail sales channel by sales channel balancing (adding new dealers and maintain proper dealers) to create a pull effect in terms of distributor and dealer’s sales)
To ensure dealer’s escalated problems / complaints are resolved as per SLA
To design, implement and evaluate regional sales promotions in order to meet company objectives in regard of sales growth
Manage dealer network preparation with regards to point of sale items, and signage and analyze impact of such in covered territory
To manage dealer’s contract violation issues by developing and maintaining an effective system of monitoring of Dealers and distributors activities to prevent violation of contracts and inform sales support team
To manage dealer stores are properly branded based on MTN Irancell policies
To manage dealers of retail sales channel to meet and enhance Irancell sales target
To manage, provide and implement new effective Sales and Distribution ideas to Increase Sales and Distribution Performance within assigned Region
To provide Effective Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales & Distribution Report to Managements
To obtain the Regions concepts, to implement best practice of regionalization methods, in order to reach the max growth in region


:Education
Bachelor degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related
Fluent in English


:Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail or service environment (Service Industry preferred); with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization


:Knowledge
Computer Literate
Basic understanding of GSM
Inventory & Inventory Management
Stock taking
Financial understanding
Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems, and standards
