شرح موقعیت شغلی

:Mission
To enhance brand attributes of MTN Irancell aligned with Marketing approaches and goals through online media
Managing that all digital presence activities and communication strategies are reflective of global brand vision
To generate brand awareness while educating the market on MTN Irancell’s products and services using digital media
To manage existing digital media and explore new media opportunities for Iran market

:Task Complexity
To contribute in development and manage implementation of digital marketing strategies and related plans including social media marketing in the market
To participate in forming high level roadmap branding, advertisement & communicating the marketing mix
To develop digital media communication roadmap and short term plans and design online campaigns for new product launch, existing products and services and new sales promotion and monitor the performance, preparing reports
To manages and ensure defined strategies are being implemented in online channels and digital marketing
To plan and manage improvement in the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website, portals and apps
To plan online media campaigns and ensure proper implementation of online media campaigns for new apps, products, existing products, services and promotions
To manage team activities and outcomes to ensure that all online presence express the most effective and recognizable company message
To design and manage engaging campaign on social channels to increase brand affinity and customer loyalty to the brand
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
To plan and manage execution of all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display and in-app advertising campaigns
To manage utilization of analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer digital touch points
To measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs
To identify trends and insights of customers on digital channels and optimize spend and performance
To manage perception of MTN Irancell in all segments through online media in line with master brand’s roadmap
To monitor and manage creative, advertising and digital agencies that carry out specific functions related to online advertising, promotion, marketing research, social marketing User Experience developing and etc
 To proactively identify new market segments and new opportunities for Irancell presence in digital media
To manage interactions with Creative and Production team and offline media to ensure integrity and alignment off all communications in all medias
To manage planning, execution and evaluation of direct email marketing campaigns
To establish strong relationship with audience using new media around digital media and social networks
To manage Editorial content to come up with social media content calendar

:Education
BA in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related

:Knowledge
Presentation, communication skills, as well as creativity
Marketing
Strategic marketing management
Brand management
Business Management
Marketing Analysis techniques
Customer retention
Social media management
Online marketing management
Content Management Systems

:Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a area of specialisation; with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
