شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

Function as the main contact person for all Vendors
Drive systematic, profitable growth in the category by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators
Manage all commercial aspects of customer engagement including negotiations, orders and renewals
Create and maintain relationships with sellers at all levels
Negotiate with the sellers to ensure all business is profitable
Meet or exceed monthly commit numbers and annual quota
Identify any issues impacting a potential sale and determine next steps
Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities
Attendance of meetings with the vendors and prepare business plan for Vendors.
Analyzing the sales trend of each seller and come up with solutions to boost the performance
Market visits to insure the pricing strategy and assortment is aligned with other markets

Requirements

Minimum BS degree in a business-related function
3-4 years experience in sales is necessary.
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
Ability to make tight deadlines
MS Office(Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Excellent negotiation skills
Good Follow up
Excellent customer orientation & networking skills
Proactive, organized & disciplined
