استخدام HR Business Partner

شرح موقعیت شغلی

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic HR initiatives of one of the Mohaymen's business units. You will partner with business leaders to identify and address their HR needs, provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and practices, and implement HR programs that align with the overall business strategy. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations for one of the Mohaymen's business units, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and challenges
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a variety of topics, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion
* Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the overall business strategy
* Manage the day-to-day HR operations for the one the Mohaymen's business units, including:
    * Processing new hire paperwork
    * Maintaining employee records
    * Administering payroll
    * Tracking leave time
    * Conducting performance reviews
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
* Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees
* Represent the HR department in meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role
* Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
* Project management and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
