شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities


  •  Lead the collaboration with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable DevOps processes and solutions.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery, including building, testing, versioning, and deploying applications.
  • Implement and manage configuration management tools to ensure consistency and reliability across environments.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), automated provisioning, and orchestration.
  • Drive the implementation and management of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure deep visibility into system health and performance.
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes such as triage and escalation, and also conduct post-mortem reports.
  • Provide on-call support for the development team and respond to critical incidents, participating in a fair and rotating on-call schedule.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance the team's effectiveness.
Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or similar  tools)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash or Python) for automation and configuration management.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and practices (CI/CD).
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Git and branching strategies.
  •   Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and the ability to configure and maintain secure infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with message queuing tools (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
  • Experience with log management tools (e.g., Splunk) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
