Responsibilities

Along with the Product Management team, holds the vision for the product and communicates the vision across development, operations, and marketing teams
Coordinates the execution of product strategy, partnering with development and UX
Collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements that will win in the market.
Create and prioritize the Product Backlog and release plans to facilitate delivering the most value to the market
Guide user design to meet business objectives.
Maintain current competitive landscape and identify market opportunities
Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency
Participates in project planning, reviews, sprint and release planning, demos
Create user and acceptance stories for teams
Monitors team velocity and seeks to continuously improve the product development process
Actively inspects usage and other metrics to make data-driven product decisions
Manages cross-product dependencies

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a product owner translating and communicating requirements to developers.
Set release and sprint goals and objectives that help fulfill the vision.
Able to size and prioritize sprints, developing and maintaining a product roadmap.
Attention to detail.
You operate data-driven and are able to analyze market, business, and product usage data to improve the product.
Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver on-time
Must be able to work in an agile environment
Excellent communication skills
User Experience design (not necessary but would be an asset)
