شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities




  • Along with the Product Management team, holds the vision for the product and communicates the vision across development, operations, and marketing teams
  • Coordinates the execution of product strategy, partnering with development and UX
  • Collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements that will win in the market.
  • Create and prioritize the Product Backlog and release plans to facilitate delivering the most value to the market
  • Guide user design to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain current competitive landscape and identify market opportunities
  • Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency
  • Participates in project planning, reviews, sprint and release planning, demos
  • Create user and acceptance stories for teams
  • Monitors team velocity and seeks to continuously improve the product development process
  • Actively inspects usage and other metrics to make data-driven product decisions
  • Manages cross-product dependencies
Requirements





  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner translating and communicating requirements to developers.
  • Set release and sprint goals and objectives that help fulfill the vision.
  • Able to size and prioritize sprints, developing and maintaining a product roadmap.
  • Attention to detail.
  • You operate data-driven and are able to analyze market, business, and product usage data to improve the product.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver on-time
  • Must be able to work in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • User Experience design (not necessary but would be an asset)
