We are looking for a motivated technical lead for our software product in Mofid Securities.
Requirements for Technical Lead:
-Previous experience in technical leadership or a similar role.
-Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
-Experience in architecting and designing of enterprise Java applications.
-Experience in Java/Spring Boot and web technologies.
-Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities for Technical Lead:
-Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

-Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
-Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
