• Collect and compile HR metrics from different sources
• Identify, develop, and support the HR reporting and data needs
• Track and analyze data and statistics to find the key trends and patterns for HR department
• Ensure that the data and insights are reported in a transparent and proper way
• Prepare the HR reports, results and insights for HR department
• Make recommendations based on the results and insights that driven from the data analysis
• Assist HR manager in data analysis and report preparation
• Conduct various HR surveys and analyze the results
• Contribute and collaborate in HR planning and budgeting
• Other duties as assigned

• Have the knowledge of HR functions
• Good command of English
• Have the knowledge of working with data analysis and dashboarding tools
• High communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• At least one year of experience in a similar position
