At Mofid Securities we are looking for a people analytics specialist to helps us in the following areas:

Job description

Collect and compile HR metrics from different sources
Identify, develop, and support the HR reporting and data needs
Track and analyze data and statistics to find the key trends and patterns for HR department
Ensure that the data and insights are reported in a transparent and proper way
Prepare the HR reports, results and insights for HR department
Make recommendations based on the results and insights that driven from the data analysis
Assist HR manager in data analysis and report preparation
Conduct various HR surveys and analyze the results
Contribute and collaborate in HR planning and budgeting
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Have the knowledge of HR functions
Good command of English
Have the knowledge of working with data analysis and dashboarding tools
High communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written skills
At least one year of experience in a similar position
