شرح موقعیت شغلی

Mofid Securities is Iran’s largest full-service stock brokerage firm & leading private investment advisory which has been ranked first by the SEO since 2007. Mofid has powerful advisory and professional trader teams that provide services to institutional and retail investors. The teams are supported by an experienced equities research team that develops high-quality analyses on the market trends.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following responsibilities:

Managing the scrum process in Agile methodology.
Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting.
Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings.
Assisting product managers to make the product backlogs in a good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
Solving conflicts and removing obstacles.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.
Implementing product road mapping structure using JiraPortfoli/Miro.
Promoting OKR implementation using OKR Cycle Method.
Training Agile Infrastructures (Jira & Confluense).

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 1 years of experience in a scrum master role.
Good Knowledge of agile methodology and its frameworks.
Expert in coaching team to follow agile.
Strong communication Skills.
Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs.
Good knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, backlog refinement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification.
Computer Science background.
