شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

• Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install and patch management, Problem determination and log analysis

• Provide Infrastructure services in all areas needed: storage networking, Operating System, server virtualization, system backup and restore, system and network monitoring, application installation and configuration

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration(s)

• Create project plans, design, and implement solutions for disaster recovery in a VMware environment using Site Recovery and EMC storage

• Level 1, 2 and 3 Support for problems identified with systems and network

• Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed

• Configure, test, and maintain Virtual infrastructure environment

• Assist with producing monthly, weekly and daily reports and infrastructure monitoring

• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration(s)

• Installing and configuring Microsoft Domain Services, Exchange, Skype for Business, System Center, Terminal Server

• Storages Knowledge of installation and maintenance VMware, Microsoft Windows Server

• Veeam Backup and EMC Data Domain Backup systems

• Implement new services based on company requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in related area preferably Computer Engineering

• Certification in related fields is preferred. (MCSA / MCSE / MCITP)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing infrastructure systems preferably in IT/Technical Operations organizations in supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems and applications

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure

• Enough experience with HP/EMC servers and Storage

• Enough experience with wireless solutions (Cisco, Unifi)

• Expert in Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008 (T-shoot & Maintenance)

• Expert in Virtualization Technology (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Good working knowledge of English

• Result oriented, analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• Residence in Tehran
