Job Objective
Miare is one of Iran’s leading last-mile delivery platforms, powering millions of deliveries annually through a fast, reliable, and scalable logistics network. In our Product team, we are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own and execute critical parts of our delivery ecosystem.

This role may focus on one of the following domains:

Logistics: Developing and improving core systems such as courier dispatching, batching, routing, and ETA prediction.
Fleet: Optimizing the acquisition, activation, and retention of couriers.
Customer: Driving growth, engagement, and repeat purchases across our customer base.

You will work closely with engineering and operations to identify problems, analyze data, define solutions, and push them into production—fast. Since there is no dedicated data team, you are expected to perform your own investigations and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product development in one or more domains (Logistics, Fleet, Customer) with full ownership of strategy and execution.
Write and run complex SQL queries on the production PostgreSQL database to identify opportunities and evaluate product impact.
Define clear, actionable product specifications aligning operational needs with technical feasibility.
Drive feature development end-to-end: ideation → launch → QA → iteration → scaling.
Collaborate daily with operations teams to ensure the product reflects on-the-ground realities.
Prioritize effectively in high-constraint environments and communicate trade-offs transparently.
Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis, etc.) to guide product decisions and track retention, conversion, and efficiency metrics.

Task Complexity:

This role requires independent ownership of data-driven product areas in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment. You must be comfortable making high-impact decisions with incomplete data, coordinating across multiple teams, and balancing business constraints with technical feasibility—all while shipping features quickly.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Data Analyst.
Strong SQL skills and ability to investigate production-level data independently.
Proven track record of owning complex product areas with cross-functional coordination.
Decision-making skills under uncertainty and limited infrastructure.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in cross-functional contexts.
History of delivering impactful features under time or data constraints.

Skills:

Product strategy, execution, and prioritization.
Data analysis using SQL.
Cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.
Experiment design and evaluation.
Strong problem-solving mindset with outcome orientation.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in logistics, delivery, ride-hailing, or other operationally complex industries.
Familiarity with lifecycle metrics (activation, retention, reactivation).
Experience collaborating directly with operations or field teams.
Exposure to experimentation, cohort analysis, or segmentation tools.
Basic knowledge of Python scripting or prototyping tools (Figma, etc.).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required).
