We’re seeking a product designer who would be responsible for defining and executing the full end-to-end user experience design to create a delightful solution for merchants & couriers. You will work with a diverse team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, operations leaders and more, to create world class experiences that solve complex problems in simple ways.

As a product designer you will:

Own the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions.
Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
Design systems and patterns that will allow product and engineering teams to focus on product-level problems and ship high-quality work efficiently and consistently.
Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Design and ship high quality product improvements.

You might be a good fit if you:

You have a passion for simplifying complicated design problems.
You think in systems; you can see how all the parts fit together, and how a small change can propagate throughout the system.
You are excellent at exploring design solutions at both a systematic level and feature level.
You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions.
You are comfortable expressing and recommending trade offs on design decisions.
You value high quality well crafted visual design, and care about the details.

Projects you will work on:

Extend and develop our open source design system, Milingo, to meet new demands and increase efficiency across design, product & engineering teams.
Establish beautiful, expressive, and intuitive visual, motion, and interaction design with principles and patterns.
Provide pixel-perfect static and interactive mockups.
