شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Miare, we’re searching for a highly skilled business manager to join our team and help continue a tradition of client and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including Sales, human resources, and customer-centric processes. This person will be a motivated leader who thrives on creating and sustaining a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity. Ultimately, the business manager will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices and ushering in a new era of growth.

Objectives of this role:

  • Strategize, implement and oversee processes for increased sales and
  • growth
  • Design and execute daily operational programs that achieve organizationally
  • objectives and monthly sales targets
  •  Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources as a successful
  • team up
  • Establish and grow relationships with relevant clients
  • Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for his/her business line
  • Maintain a plan for forecasting, expanding, targeting, and attaining sales
  • Three or more years of experience in business management or a similar role
  • Experience in developing business strategy
Required skills and qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience in business management or a similar role
  • Experience in developing business strategy
  • Experience in developing a growth plan for a business line
  • Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
  • Superior leadership skills, with a focus on employee coaching and
  • development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends especially in Iran startup
  • and e-commerce ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge in data interpretation and ability to provide a business
  • insight from data
  • SQL is a plus
Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field
  • Strong ability with database and information systems software
  • Experience in data analysis
