We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization attracts and secures top-tier talent to meet our staffing requirements. Your primary responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation, all while collaborating closely with departmental managers to comprehensively understand their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Recruitment Management:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans aligned with the organization's talent needs.
Remain current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
2) Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Identify and engage potential candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
3) Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
4)Talent Pipeline Management:
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future job openings, maintaining an active talent pipeline for critical roles.
5) Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
Utilize data-driven insights to make continuous improvements and optimize recruiting efforts.
6) Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, encompassing sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent Leadership skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities concurrently.
