شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Field sales supervisor, you will be responsible for managing Courier Acquisition stations to achieve courier acquisition goals. You will develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-quality couriers and lead recruiting efforts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the courier acquisition process, track progress, and analyze data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Manage Courier Acquisition stations to achieve courier acquisition goals
Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-quality couriers, including targeted recruiting efforts and referral programs
Analyze data to track progress and measure success.
Develop and coach Courier Acquisition stations to achieve their full potential and exceed performance expectations
Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies and initiatives
Analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed business decisions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
