شرح موقعیت شغلی

It is our goal to hire a flexible and versatile marketing manager who will be responsible for the growth of our clients. Assuring that all marketing material is in line with the brand identity is one of his responsibilities, as well as tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong and consistent brand across a wide range of online and offline channels.

Responsibilities:

● Translate the strategy into actionable plans with objectives and measures.
● Manage client-side marketing activities within the marketing department.
● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
● Lead and execute the marketing strategy for client engagement.
● Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
● Work with client teams to build campaigns to improve relationships between clients and couriers.
● Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept * informed of marketing objectives.
● Develop onboarding process for new vendors.
● Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Requirements:

● Strong communication skills - ability to build beneficial communications in any given circumstance.
● Strong project management and experience in planning.
● A confident critical thinker who can dive deep into different problems and develop tactical recommendations.
● Passionate about numbers - fluent in statistics and excel to identify issues and inefficiencies quickly.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for coming up with ideas to find solutions with great attention to detail.
● Logical and data-driven - able to analyze data and diagnose a problem, then understand the levers we have as an operations team to resolve it.
● Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
● Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
