As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of high-performing sales professionals to drive new business and increase revenue growth. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, track progress, and analyze data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
● Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals within the region ● Identify and target new business opportunities through lead generation, cold-calling, and networking ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth ● Analyze data to track progress and measure success, and adjust strategies accordingly ● Develop and coach team members to achieve their full potential and exceed performance expectations ● Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field ● 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the technology or logistics industry ● 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams ● Analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed business decisions ● Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives ● Thorough knowledge of market segmentation. ● Results-oriented, high energy, and self-motivated. ● Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and sales software. ● Familiar with the transport and logistics market
