شرح موقعیت شغلی

You as an Operations Excellence Manager at Miare will play a key role in leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within the company. This role will involve analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
The key responsibility of this individual is to ensure that long-term projects are started and optimized correctly. These projects are mainly features that are added to the product from the technical team and require implementation in the operations team.

Responsibility:

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards operational goals.
Collaborate with other teams to improve processes.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress and measure the success of improvement initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking out new tools and techniques to drive operational excellence.
Control and improvement of operational indicators.
Identify and manage risks associated with operations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking out new tools and techniques to drive operational excellence.

Requirement:

Professional in Excel and online spreadsheets.
Familiarity with SQL.
Familiarity with at least one programming language is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with data and data analysis.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to form and manage a team.
Skill in managing work challenges.
