شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Junior product designer who is passionate about creating delightful solutions for merchants and couriers. You will work with a diverse team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, operations leaders, etc. to create world-class experiences that solve complex problems in simple ways.

As a product designer you will:

  • Drawing up wireframes and user flows, and creating interactive prototypes to test them with target users
  • Helping to plan and execute user interviews to understand how we can best meet user needs
  • Help to define user needs.
  • Design systems and patterns that will allow product and engineering teams to focus on product-level problems and ship high-quality work efficiently and consistently.
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. 

You might be a good fit if you:

  • It is essential that you have at least one year of experience in product design, UX design, or a related role.
  • You have a passion for simplifying complicated design problems.
  • Be familiar with a foundation of UX methodology and user-centered design.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and techniques
  • Have tons of initiative and a good eye for detail
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently, both on calls and in writing
  • You enjoy thinking in systems; you pay attention to how all the parts fit together, and how a small change can propagate throughout the system.
  • You know how to apply strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to solve simple and elegant problems.
  • You are comfortable expressing and recommending trade-offs on design decisions.
  • You value high-quality well crafted visual design and care about the details.

Projects you will work on:

  • Extend and develop our open source design system, Milingo, to meet new demands and increase efficiency across design, product & engineering teams.
  • Establish beautiful, expressive, and intuitive visual, motion, and interaction design with principles and patterns.
  • Provide pixel-perfect static and interactive mockups.
