About the team
Data is at the foundation of Miare success. The Data & Analytics team builds solutions for various use cases including reporting, product analytics, marketing optimization and financial reporting. By implementing dashboards, data structures, and data processing architecture this team serves as the foundation for decision-making at Miare.
Responsibilities
- Leading company’s efforts for progress in Maturity Model for Data & Analytics
- Foreseeing mid-term and long-term requirements and development of appropriate infrastructure
- Development of self-serving data tools and empowering decision-makers in all layers for data-driven decision making
- Hiring, and individual development of members of the Data & Analytics team
- Defining and revising processes and internal workflows for Data & Analytics team
- Managing communications of Data & Analytics team within the company, prioritizing tasks and delivering results
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in data
- 1+ years of professional experience leading a data team
- Strong knowledge of either of the following and familiarity with the other:
- Tools and methods of business analysis
- Tools and methods of data engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
Nice to have
- Practical experience with methodologies and frameworks of technical teams
- Notable experience in business analysis in tech industry
- Familiarity with data science
- University degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, industrial engineering or MBA
