شرح موقعیت شغلی



We are seeking proactive Business Data Analysts who will work in close collaboration with our Financial and Strategy teams. Although this chapter operates as a distinct function, your insights will help drive business trends, support operational decisions, and optimize project performance in our dynamic e-logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics & Trend Analysis: Emphasizes data-driven decision-making by analyzing operational and financial data, and providing insights for trend prediction.
  • SQL and BI Systems Proficiency: The role requires strong skills in SQL for data extraction and management, as well as familiarity with BI tools such as Superset.
  • Google Sheets & Google Scripts Expertise: Proficiency in Google Sheets and its scripting capabilities for automation is important.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, define objectives, and collaborate across teams.
  • Financial Acumen (Advantage): Understanding financial metrics and supporting activities like budgeting and forecasting.
Level-Specific Requirements:

  • Junior: Entry-level experience (0-2 years) with a focus on foundational data analysis, SQL skills, and Google Sheets proficiency. Responsibilities include assisting with data collection and preliminary analysis.
  • Midlevel: 2-5 years of experience, with advanced SQL and BI systems skills. This level involves leading data projects, deep analysis, and collaboration with other teams.
  • Senior: Over 5 years of experience, with expert-level SQL skills, BI proficiency, and financial analysis capabilities. Senior analysts will drive strategic projects, mentor junior staff, and provide high-level business recommendations.
