شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re seeking a professional and motivated Data Analyst who would be responsible for enabling decision-makers in Miare for data-driven decision making, and also to perform analytical tasks in areas where key decisions are being made.

The role requires advanced analytical skills, hands-on approach on analytical tools, business sense and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Deep analysis of business problems
Translation of business problems into data problems
Defining metrics and indicators and analyzing success of tests and initiatives
Analysis and specification of self-serving data tools for different decision-making layers
Enabling and coaching decision-makers in different layers for use of self-serving data tools
Build predictive models to forecast future trends or outcomes.

Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications

Advanced problem solving and critical-thinking skills.
Storytelling (with data) skills
Knowledge and skills of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses and related tools and methods
Team work skills
Practical experience with at least one common BI tool (preferably Apache Superset)
Experience with at least one querying language
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Experience with common methods of business analysis in tech industry
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with R or data-related tools in python
Familiarity with data science
