Responsibilities
- 2+ years experience in tech related field. IT experience preferable.
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Ability to deal in a calm and focused way with conflicting demands, and manage multiple
- priorities within deadlines to ensure positive outcomes.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects and tasks.
- Maintains high standards of ethics, professional conduct.
- Flexible and responsive to working times, patterns, locations and methods when necessary
Required Qualification/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards such as Ethernet, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, etc.
- Strong knowledge of network management, network monitoring, and network analysis tools
- Experience working in switched, routed, and wireless environments
- Hardware, software, and network connection troubleshooting experience
- Skilled at installing/configuring switches, routers, bridges, wireless, etc.
- Cisco/Network Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Net+, A+, etc) Preferred.
