•   2+ years experience in tech related field. IT experience preferable.
•   Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•   Highly self-motivated and directed
•   Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
•   Ability to deal in a calm and focused way with conflicting demands, and manage multiple
•   priorities within deadlines to ensure positive outcomes.
•   Ability to work independently on assigned projects and tasks.
•   Maintains high standards of ethics, professional conduct.
•   Flexible and responsive to working times, patterns, locations and methods when necessary

•   Bachelor's Degree
•   Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, 
•   and standards such as Ethernet, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, etc.
•   Strong knowledge of network management, network monitoring, and network analysis tools
•   Experience working in switched, routed, and wireless environments
•   Hardware, software, and network connection troubleshooting experience
•   Skilled at installing/configuring switches, routers, bridges, wireless, etc.
•   Cisco/Network Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Net+, A+, etc) Preferred.
