Qualifications:

1)    Master or Doctoral degree in executive management (MBA) or economics.

2)    The age under 40 years old.

3)    At least 3 years MBA or executive directors work experiences 

 

Key skills:

·      Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role.

·      Administrative skills.

·      Good command of English both verbal and written.

·      Having time management.

·      Paying attention to details.

·      Having interpersonal skills.

·      Familiarity with finance, accounting, insurance, taxation and budget management in the organization.

·      Has the skills of analysis and planning, explaining strategy and development indicators for short-term, medium-term and long-term and leading organization towards the specified goals, transferring the road map to middle managers and technical team along with providing regular reports on the progress of indicators.

·      Good command of relations and strong negotiation to interact with top organizations and managers.

·      Evaluation of national and international competitors in order to getting more business development.

·      Fluent in enterprise management software, web, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
