• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, ensuring optimal workstation performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, LAN, and peripheral devices.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks on hardware and server environments to prevent issues.
• Manage and respond to customer support tickets efficiently, providing hands-on resolution for technical queries.
• Stay updated with the latest system changes and technology updates.
• Document technical support activities and generate detailed reports on network support actions.
• Provide guidance and support for purchasing computer and network equipment tailored to retail environments.
• Engage with users to troubleshoot problems with computers and peripheral devices, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Continuously follow up with users to confirm that their technical issues are resolved.

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT help desk, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with operating systems including Windows (7, 10), Linux, and macOS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office versions 2010 through 2019 and desktop administration.
• Knowledgeable in VoIP, video conferencing technologies, wireless communications, and network setups.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and an understanding of passive networking.
• A passion for new technology with a proactive approach to IT research.
• Excellent teamwork capabilities, accountability, and a trustworthy demeanor.
