شرح موقعیت شغلی

  1. Supporting strategic investigations with benchmarking, business models, cost models, cost structures, business plans and etc.
  2. Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify Investment opportunities. 
  3. Create business plans and financial analysis for new opportunities.
  4. Feasibility Study for new & development plan. 
  5. Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  6. Analyzing market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis.
  7. Evaluating the financial aspects of plan development, such as budgets, expenditures, and research and development appropriation.
  8. Proposing investment plans to the investment manager to take advantage of all available opportunities in the field of economics and investment.
  9. Creating of Feasibility Study.
  10. Creating, implementing, and refining aspects of business models.
  11. Responsible for developing a business plan covering, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence situation.
  12. Developing/proposing the investment strategies for new business to achieve designated goals
  13. Following up to draw a contract or memorandum of understanding (MOU) to perform strategic alliance.
  14. At least 5 years of experience in financial and data analysis with comfarIII.
  15. Ability to  technically, financial and economic analysis of agricultural and industrial & building projects.
  16. Understanding of banking ecosystem.
  17. Ability to understand financial statements.
  18. Valuating the shares of companies, both start-ups and ordinary.
  19. Ability to fundamental analyze stocks.
  20. Sufficient knowledge of business planning and financial analysis.
  21. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, critical and creative thinking skills.
  22. Ability to organize, interpret, and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
  23. Advanced knowledge of and experience with analytical functionality within Microsoft Excel.
  24. Advanced experience with developing slide presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
