Administrative Expert

About Us

SIMUT is a leading medical equipment manufacturer at the edge of world's technology. We have a large factory in Mehrshahr, Karaj, and a team of over 100 highly skilled employees, most of whom have graduate degrees. Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
Communicate and interact with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain and organize office records and files
Assist with developing and implementing administrative procedures and policies
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department

Qualifications

Full command of the English language
Professional appearance
Good manners and spirit of interaction with colleagues
Punctual and regular
5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or technical environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Points

Experience with ERP systems
Experience with project management
Fluency in multiple languages
