شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

We are looking for a senior product manager to manage a SAAS product. Our product, Basis Panel from Manzoomeh Negaran company, is an organizational solution that gives our clients shared storage, shared calendar, CRM, task manager, site manager, ticketing system, and almost all needs of a company working in a digital environment.

The product manager should work with our designers, three technical teams, marketing team, stakeholders, clients, and users to create and maintain vision, plan and execute based on agile methodologies and mindset, create work processes, perform quality assurance with the QA team, lead team to success, and create a product that customers love.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market needs.

·         Agile Methodologies: Lead the product development process using agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

·         Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

·         Backlog Management: Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and reflects the current priorities.

·         Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications using various tools.

·         Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule product releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

·         Team Capacity Management: Assess and manage team capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation and project efficiency.

·         Clarity & Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

·         Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

·         Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including technical and design teams, to ensure cohesive and efficient product development.

·         Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and support teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

·         User Research: Conduct user interviews and research to gather insights and validate product ideas and improvements.

·         B2B Software Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of B2B software to create products that meet the unique needs of our clients.

·         Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

·         Being Outcome-oriented: Define and track objectives and key results (OKR) for the product and the product teams based on an outcome-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

·         Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management. Working in a B2B environment or a SAAS product is a plus.

·         Agile Expertise: Proven experience with agile methodologies and tools.

·         Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

·         Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

·         Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

·         Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

·         Education: BSc. Degree preferably in a relevant field. Higher degrees are considered bonuses.

·         Documentation Skills: Proficiency in using various documentation tools to create clear and comprehensive product documentation.

·         Quality Management: Experience in overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring product quality.
