شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with department managers and proactively identifying future hiring needs
  • Writing job descriptions and job specifications
  • Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
  • Screening resumes and parsing specialized skills and qualifications
  • Scheduling calls and interviews
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the predetermined schedule
  • Using recruiting software to keep track of open roles
  • Sending out all bulk emails (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handling paperwork (e.g., offer letters)
  • Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Coordinating drug tests and background checks
  • Promoting positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Attracting candidates
Requirements

  • Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a recruiter 
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
