As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Product Manager to help lead and shape the future of our VOD platform.

Responsibilities:

Engage with the Technical Team: Establish effective communication with software development teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the technical team.
Manage Technical Tasks: Plan, prioritize, and track tasks and responsibilities related to the technical development of the product, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Develop and Implement Product Strategy: Define the vision and roadmap for the VOD product with a focus on technical needs and business objectives.
Manage Product Backlog: Prioritize and manage new features and capabilities based on user feedback, market analysis, and technical requirements.
Oversee Development Processes: Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead sprint meetings, planning, and performance evaluations of technical teams.
Data Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytical tools to monitor the technical performance of the product and make strategic decisions based on collected data.
Ensure Product Quality: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the resolution of technical issues and deliver a defect-free product to end-users.

Qualifications and Skills:

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Product Owner/Manager role or similar positions.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with software architecture, technical infrastructure, and technologies related to VOD platforms.
Analytical Skills: Ability to use data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, and other relevant tools to analyze the technical performance of the product.
Proficiency in Agile and Its Methodologies like Scrum: Hands-on experience managing agile projects and leading sprint teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams (both technical and non-technical) and external stakeholders, presenting ideas and decisions clearly and understandably.
User Experience Focus: Deep understanding of end-user needs and expectations, with the ability to translate them into technical product features.
Familiarity with the Cinema and Entertainment Industry: Knowledge of trends, competitors, and market needs in the VOD sector is an advantage.
Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in identifying technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing creative and practical solutions to resolve them.
Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency.
UI/UX Design Knowledge: Ability to collaborate with the design team to enhance the user experience and user interface of the product.
Documentation Skills: Ability to create and maintain technical and process documentation related to the product.
