Sabadyar is Mabna’s specialized software platform dedicated to streamlining portfolio management and financial accounting. We are solving one of the most difficult challenges in FinTech: transforming manual, error-prone financial processes into highly automated, reliable workflows. With features like automated lifecycle management for corporate actions and real-time computation of complex performance metrics (MWRR/TWRR), Sabadyar provides a distinct competitive edge to our clients.
We expect this senior product manager to take the ownership of the product discovery and development process and deliver high-quality products that align with the company’s vision.
Responsibilities:

With features like automated lifecycle management for corporate actions and real-time computation of complex performance metrics (MWRR/TWRR), Sabadyar provides a distinct competitive edge to our clients.
We expect this senior product manager to take the ownership of the product discovery and development process and deliver high-quality products that align with the company’s vision.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting product-related research and constantly monitoring competitors and industry benchmarks
- Improving product-related methodologies and implementing best practices, and enhancing the workflow process
- Taking ownership of conducting business tests to improve the product and business metrics.
- Regularly identifying and discovering new product needs.
- Promoting and reflecting lean and agile thinking in the organization
- Obtaining Delivery and Discovery Ownership to carry out tasks in the direction of the roadmap
- Monitoring the product roadmap, considering trade-offs, and increasing understanding and knowledge of the market and business
- Defining success at the feature level
- Proposing various methods to improve team performance
- Protecting the product team's culture and mindset within the organization
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of product science and a product mindset.
- At least 5 years of experience, 3 years of it in product management.
- Experience in fintech is a plus.
Work model:
On-site, Sat. to Wed. 8:30-17:00, with a flexibility of an hour
Location: Argentina Square, Alvand Alley
