Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product design solutions that meet user needs and business         goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design solutions
- Design and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with UX writers to ensure consistency across product language and tone
- Contribute to the development of a design culture by sharing best practices, providing mentorship, and inspiring   others to do their best work

- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Experience in working in a design team
- Experience in creating and using a design system
- Experience in conducting in-depth research based on both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to identify and understand ongoing user needs
- Experience in designing questionnaires
- Experience in producing design documents such as: user journey maps, persona, competitor analysis, design briefs, user stories, etc.
- Experience in creating wireframes with tools like Balsamiq
- Experience in producing realistic prototypes with tools like InVision, Protopie, Figma, etc.
- Experience in analyzing user behavior with observation tools like Hotjar, Clarity, etc.
- Experience in working with Google Analytics
- Experience in conducting A/B and multivariate testing with tools like Google Optimizer etc.
- Experience in designing and conducting usability tests
- Experience in designing data-driven design
- Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews
- Experience in presenting to others with tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slide
- Experience in conducting card sorting and tree testing
- Experience in working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Design Thinking
- Proficient in Atomic Design
- Proficient in UX Writing
- Proficient in basic concepts of Persian writing language
- Proficient in the concept of HCI
- Proficient in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Proficient in Handoff tools such as Zeplin
- Proficient in the concept of Information Architecture
- Proficient in testing tools at the design level such as Maze and Useberry
- Proficient in Design Sprint and Double Diamond frameworks and Diary Studies.
- Familiar with SEO concepts
- Familiar with CSS and HTML and Grid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Working Days:
Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 17:00
