شرح موقعیت شغلی


What You Will Do

·       Adopt best practices in design thinking, lean, & user-centered design principles

·       Improve upon existing product design tools and methodologies and create best practices

·       Help grow the team by hiring, onboarding and mentoring Product Designers

·       Deconstruct requirements, use cases, and user journeys in partnership with Product and Engineering

·       Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to bring the voice of our customers into your work

·       Inspire the people around you through an obsession with your craft

·       Explore and test divergent ideas while knowing when to bring it all together into an executable vision

·       Leverage the skills of those around you to make the best possible product experience

·       Advocate for your designs by bringing a strong and informed point of view to cross-functional and leadership presentations

·       Deliver the best possible product by collaborating closely with your engineering partners, because at the end of the day the only thing that matters to users is what we ship

·       Review the design strategy and deliverables of projects and ensure alignment with stakeholders

·       Guide and lead every aspect of the product design, defining or reviewing wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, or micro interactions

·       Review and build prototypes for software interfaces, mobile and web apps 

·       Manage Team backlog and prioritization 

 

Who You Are

The ideal candidate has a project portfolio highlighting the following qualifications / skills:

·       Leading a team of designers in large, complex projects 

·       Familiar with design internal agency model 

·       Hiring, onboarding and mentoring product designers

·       Ideation, information architecture, UI wireframes, interactive prototypes, and animations

·       Using tools like Figma and Miro

·       Working in an agile environment

·       5+ years of experience in Product Design

·       2+ years of experience in mentoring junior designers
